Rogue

Rogue by Gina Damico,326 pages

The final book in the Croak series has Lex and her friends on the run from many of the Grims who believe that the Junior Grims, especially Lex, are at the root of everything that is currently going wrong with the Afterlife. The Grims are the people that make sure that people’s souls make it to the Afterlife. Lex and her friends have found out, however, that the problems are because of all of the human interference and they need to close the portals to the Afterlife and fix the damage that Grotton, the most powerful Grim ever, started. Grotton has joined them and seems to want to help but they face nearly insurmountable odds and in the end may have to make a nearly impossible choice. Altogether, a pretty satisfying conclusion to the series, this book is going to be of interest to teens who read the first two books in the series.
