February totals & another bit of sad blog news

We'll miss you, Terra!

February may have been a short month, but we still managed to fit in A LOT of reading - in fact, our totals went up from the past few months!  Congrats go out to Jeff S and Jason S - the winners of our two random drawings!  (Reminder: Krista R has graciously relinquished her winnings to a blogger selected at random anytime she wins points and/or pages).  Jeff and Jason, we'll soon be contacting you about claiming your prizes.

And now for the sad news... another of our lovely blog admins will be taking her leave of us this weekend.  Terra S will be leaving us for St. Louis County Library, and will likely be spearheading a rival blogging team over there - we welcome the competition!   

Since Terra's leave-taking means there is only one remaining blog manager (me), I'd like to welcome our new group of blog managers: Krista R at Schlafly, Steve J at Machacek and Jason S at Central.  They'll be helping out with stats keeping, notifying winners and other behind-the-scenes blogging business.  Welcome!  Now, on to the results!

November totals & a bit of sad blog news

We will miss you, Kara!!

2014 is almost over! November's totals were a bit lower than October's, but rumor has it one of the members was busy WRITING instead of READING! Can you imagine?!?!? The trophy will be leaving the clutches of Central and making its way to Schlafly branch, as two of our top bloggers work there!

Speaking of those two bloggers, here are our winners for November! Ed W takes the prize for most pages read and Krista R racked up the most points. Our random drawing winner was Jason S! You'll be receiving e-mails soon regarding claiming your prizes.

We would also like to welcome a couple of new bloggers this month: John A, Katie L, Maryann B and Stacey L!! So happy you've joined us!

In other blog news, one of our lovely blog admins who you see posting here so much as both admin and blogger, will be taking her leave of us this month. Kara will be leaving us to return to her first library love, University City. We will miss her and her blogging greatly, but the good news is, she will still be blogging for us while until she leaves! Hooray!
