Home Sweet Motel by Chris Grabenstein, 284 pages
P.T Wilkie loves living at the WonderLand Motel.
They have some great attraction, like Freddy the Frog poolside, a
life-size rocket ship, a larger than life jackalope, and Morty D.
Mouse. He would really would like to help his grandfather take
back the "Hottest Family Attraction in the Sunshine State" award from
Disney World. Unfortunately, they may lose the motel unless they can come
up with one hundred thousand dollars to pay off the loan by the end of the
month. P.T. is sure that his mother can figure it out, but he's got some
schemes of his own to help earn the money. This was a fun story for
elementary kids. It's not my favorite Grabenstein book but I really
enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to kids who like funny stories.
