Lie to Me by J. T. Ellison Audio Book: 11 hours, 36 mins. Hardback Book: 416 pages
If you liked the book Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn you will really like this book. Same flavor different characters, different locations but much the same story with differing reasons behind characters actions told brilliantly. There are so many twists and possibilities. So many likely suspects in this who done it. There are such sad parts the reader will literally tear up because you will be so caught up in what is happening. Ellison creates characters, plots and people you just want to throttle but don’t jump to conclusions too soon because the spiders in this web aren’t the only monsters involved. This is a what? Whoa! I did not see that coming book. Where Flynn left off Ellison took the story and RAN with it. Excellently done and her descriptions of the locations are so vivid you will feel as though you are there. Bravo! Well done. Just remember everyone has the face they show to the world and the face that reveals the person behind the façade. I want to tell you so much about this story but I don’t want to spoil anything for you. It is a book you will be glad you read. Kudos to J. T. Ellison.
