42 Is NotJust A Number by Doreen Rappaport, 119 pages

“An eye-opening look at the life and legacy of Jackie Robinson, the man who broke the color barrier in Major League Baseball and became an American hero.” This is a very good biography for elementary school kids on Robinson. I would recommend it for reports or for kids who had an interest in the topic.
