This is the sequel to Half Upon A Time and we pick up
following the adventures of May, Jack and Phillip, who are trying to find the
Fairy Homelands to get some answers about who May really is. Unfortunately, they need music magic to get
there, which means seeking out the Piper.
Although they do find them, they encounter a lot more difficulties in
their quest to reach the fairies, including a side trip to Neverland, where
they meet Pan, Bluebeard, the Sea King, and an entire host of merpeople, none
of which seem very friendly. Will May
ever get the answers she seeks, or will the Evil Queen foil them all? A fun sequel, I would recommend reading them
in order. Most kid fantasy lovers will
enjoy this book.
