The second title of the Green Rider series continues the saga of Karigan, one of the newest of the King's Messengers. As the Blackveil forest begins to stir with evil, Karigan finds herself in the middle of all the hoopla and it will be up to her to find a way to save the kingdom with the aid of the first green rider who died hundreds of years ago.

The series continues to be fun to read and Britain does a good job of continuing the development of her fantasy world.
