This is the second book in this series. After finding out that she is the Prophet, which is why she has visions of the past and future, and that she has a demon residing in her, Lorelei really just wants life to get back to normal. However, when the Angel of Death and a nephilim are hanging around to protect you, that isn’t so easy. People are still out to kill her and she isn’t seeing anything useful in her visions. Then Jared (Death Angel) disappears, leaving only Cameron (nephilim) to protect her and when he returns, he doesn’t seem himself. This is a actually a very funny book about a group of typical teens who are dealing with a very atypical situation. Although there are some serious moments, mostly this a light-hearted, entertaining read. Teens that like funny books with action will like the series.
