Sixth Grave on the Edge by Darynda Jones
352 Pages
The sixth book in the Grim Reaper series, Jones again delivers a satisfying read continuing the fun adventures of Charley Davidson. Charley is the grim reaper/private detective and is still discovering all her powers while balancing her relationship with Reyes who is the son of Satan. Some of the questions she must answer include who is the naked guy in her passenger seat, what friend of hers has been kidnapped, what are the Twelve and why are they coming to kill her and whether she should say yes to Reyes proposal.
The book has lots of humor, and moves swiftly along. Unlike many series, Jones continues to keep the quality high and develop the characters and world in which the books are set.
