Eve has been in a terrible accident. Her leg had to basically be reattached to her
body. But her mother insists she be
moved from the hospital almost immediately after the surgery. Eve’s mom owns a research facility and
believes that the facilities there are better.
When Eve’s mom picks her up, a boy is with her, Solo, whom Eve has never
met before. Eve heals shockingly
quickly, so much so, that her mom gives her a project, use new software that
the company is developing to create the perfect boy. Even though the project is fascinating and
Eve is somewhat distracted, she can’t help but notice that she has healed much
more than should be possible and that she knows almost nothing about Solo, who
seems to be around all of the time.
However, getting answers about these odd situations may lead to
discoveries that Eve would rather not know.
A light science fiction novel, teens who like that genre will probably
enjoy this book.
