Oh Dear Silvia by Dawn French 352 Pages
Silvia is in a coma from a fall and the book is about those who visit her and take care of her. As each person visits we learn about Sylvia and in our omnificent POV become aware of her secrets and past that have combined to make her the person she is today.
When I started reading this book it didn't appeal straight off but since I had paid my dollar for an ILL item I felt obliged to continue. As you get further into the book you start to like the characters and their interactions with Silvia and all of them become more fully fleshed out.
